Dear friends, family, and all supporters big and small
Each year, nearly 2,000 kids and families are referred to the Children's Advocacy Center of Suffolk County (CAC) for the help and support they need to heal from sexual and physical abuse and exploitation.
On April 4, 2020, I will be doing a vertical 5K Race, approximately 61 stories to the top of the 200 Clarendon Tower (Formerly the John Hancock Building).
These numbers only prove that Child Sexual and Physical Abuse can be physically dangerous, but it can also lead to emotional scars as well. Not many children out there have a voice to scream "I am a survivor!"
Any contributable amount large or small will help this cause and not only push me farther as a human, but will also help survivors be proud to know who they truly are.
I am proud to be participating in this year's Ginormous Climb to help raise critical funds and awareness for some of our community's most vulnerable members. Thank you very much for your suppport and God Bless!
"When you go through deep waters, I will be with you. When you go through rivers of difficulty, you will not drown. When you walk through the fire of oppression, you will not be burned up; the flames will not consume you. For I am the Lord your God." ~A Reading from the book of the Prophet Isaiah 43:2-3a
